Join Seven Hills Pasta Co.’s own Chef Avery Perry on a culinary adventure into the world of pasta making. Chef Avery brings 10+ years of experience in the pasta industry, and will make sure you leave our class with the confidence to make your own traditional egg pasta from scratch at home.
We will learn about different types of flours, explore regional differences of pasta shapes and come home with great tips and tricks to make the perfect pasta dough. You will also have the chance to tour our artisanal pastificio and learn more about our pasta factory located right in the heart of Boston.
Not only will you make beautiful egg pasta, but you will taste your creations as well. Slow braised beef bolognese and light basil pestos will be served alongside your pasta for you to enjoy at the end of the evening.
We will offer a one ounce educational pour of great Italian wines that will complement your pasta creations. We also encourage you to visit the Pine Bar Inn, Boston Public Market’s brand new all-local bar for delicious libations you are more than welcome to take into the class if vino is not your drink of choice.
Our classes are laid back and casual, they are great for singles, couples or groups of friends and are a fun way to spend an evening enjoying good people and good food.

- Validated parking at the Haymarket Garage, located right on top of the market. Any vendor can validate your parking ticket upon purchase to give you 3 hours for $3. After the 3-hour limit, regular rates apply.
Vegan pasta doughs and sauces are available upon request, please email us in advance and we will happily accomodate.
We do not offer gluten free options as we cannot assure proper gluten decontamination.
You will be making pasta in an environment that handles dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, soybeans, peanuts and tree nuts.
Classes may be refunded fully only if cancelled 72 hours prior to the event.
