Join Seven Hills Pasta CO. in a great evening exploring the fantastic world of stuffed pastas!
We will learn folding techniques and master the shaping of tortelloni and ravioli as well as talk about different stuffing recipes. You will make Ravioli Cacio e Pepe, Mezze Lune Ricotta e Spinaci and Tortelloni alla Mantovana.
We will then taste your wonderful creations!
We will offer one beer or wine voucher courtesy of the Pine Bar Inn, Boston Public Market’s brand new all-local bar for delicious libations. You are more than welcome to bring your drinks into the class.
Our classes are laid back and casual, they are great for singles, couples or groups of friends and are a fun way to spend an evening enjoying good people and good food.

You will be making pasta in an environment that handles dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, soybeans, peanuts and tree nuts.
