An Evening in Sardinia: Pasta Making w/ Seven Hills Pasta

Join Seven Hills Pasta Co. in a lovely evening making pasta & exploring the culinary backround of the Italian island of Sardinia.

  • Two hour pasta making class led by Seven Hills Pasta & City Winery Boston
  • Featuring the pasta and wine of Sardinia
  • Enjoy hands on pasta making while learning about the region of Sardinia
  • Guests will enjoy wine paired with the dish of the evening.

In this hands-on pasta class we will learn how to make saffron gnocchetti sardi, also called Malloreddus. We will learn the difference between different types of flour used in pasta making and talk about what makes this region of Italy so unique. Our fresh pasta will be served in a lovely meat bolognese and we will also provide a vegan option. The expert sommelier at City Winery will then pair our gnocchetti sardi with a red Cannonau wine and a white Vermentino. Come celebrate the flavors of Sardinia with us, learn how to make pasta from scratch and indulge in some lovely summer wines at City Winery Boston.
