An Evening in Tuscany: Pasta Class & Wine Pairing with Seven Hills Pasta Co.

Join Seven Hills Pasta Co. in a wonderful evening exploring the cuisine and terroir of Tuscany. In this two hours hands-on pasta class we will craft silky pappardelle and pair them with a lovely porcini mushroom and sausage sauce. Our culinary creations will be paired with some lovely Tuscan wines courtesy of the City Winery Sommelier. This evening is meant to be relaxing, informative and most of all delicious! Great evening for a date night with your special one, or a fun night out with friends. A vegetarian option will be available as well, please inform us of any allergies and dietary restrictions and we will do our best to cater to your needs. Vino, pasta and Tuscany: what’s not to love?
