Farm to Fork PASTA-Adult Class
August 7 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Overlook Farm is partnering with Rutland non-profit and farm Agro-Eco for this unique learning experience. Giulio Caperchi, founder of Agro-Eco and owner of Seven Hills Pasta in Boston, will be joined by his team of agriculture and farming experts to present this experience. They will present about agroforestry and have an interactive cooking demo showing how to create pasta from scratch. It promises to be engaging, educational and fun!
THURSDAY, AUGUST 7th from 6-8pm
Snacks, drinks and samples will be served. You will also take home your pasta to enjoy.
Class will take place at Overlook Farm in the Garden!
